Ashdod Port is the largest in Israel, handling 60% of the country’s imported goods.
However, increasing port activity is leading to the accumulation of heavier marine litter, including car tyres, metal and construction material.
The SeaClear2.0 robotic system will be pilot-tested at the port of Ashdod to identify and remove heavier litter items related to port activity and prevent their accumulation on the nearby seafloor.
Stay posted as we introduce more of our demo and pilot sites.
