Following several days of internal trials and system testing, SeaClear2.0 arrived in Dubrovnik on June 10th for another important demonstration of its innovative robotic technologies for marine litter detection and removal.
The day began with a Marine Litter Decision-Making Workshop, led by ISOTECH. The workshop brought together stakeholders to explore the challenges of marine litter management and discuss how data, technology and collaboration can support more informed decision-making.
In the afternoon, attention turned to the water as the SeaClear 2.0 system took centre stage. Organised by DUNEA, University of Dubrovnik and LARIAT-Laboratory for intelligent autonomous systems, the demonstration showcased how advanced robotics, AI and human expertise can work together to tackle marine litter and support cleaner marine environments.

🌊 Real-world testing.
🌍 A shared commitment to healthier seas.
Each demonstration brings us one step closer to transforming how marine litter is monitored, managed and removed across Europe and beyond.
A big thank you to all partners, stakeholders and participants who joined us, and especially to our partner DUNEA for their hard work, dedication and outstanding efforts in organising these events.
