Preparations for the international Light Art Festival ‘Island of Light 2025’ are in full swing!
In the video, we see international artist, Alexandra Stratimirovic, working on a model for a large-scale artwork she will be presenting at the festival developed with the support of and using materials from Sotenäs Marine Recycling Centre. The festival takes place every autumn at the beautiful granite Island of Smögen, on the Swedish West Coast.
SeaClear2.0 will be at this year’s festival, with a Policy Workshop addressing the issue of marine litter in Sotenas, Sweden, implemented by our colleagues Isotech Ltd, in collaboration with the Symbiosis project, on 5th September.
